Does anyone out there have or know anything about uterine fibroids?? If so, what would u recommend, surgery (removal) or any medicines??

do they cause infertility??
ive just found out i have them
(ARE THEY THE SAME)
and the doctor told me that i will be able to have a baby
but after getting home and doing my own research
everything ive read indicates otherwise
i also have endometriosis
why would my doctor misinform me like this
he made light out of all this

im very scared,please take the time to answer all parts to my question??

i am level 2 and i dont know how many leiomyomas or uterine fibroids are in there??
oh,also,he ”SAID” my tubes looked clear,yet he did NOT PERFORM an ”hsg” which ive also just discovered is the only way to know for sure if your tubes are clear?
he did a laparoscopy,but i read even that doesnt tell you
why is he lying to me

I’m having a hysterectomy as i have 3 large fibroids and my iron level is less than 1. I cannot function properly anymore. i am in severe pain and bleeding a lot. I cannot work for a whole day and its affecting my life with my fiance, friends and family. I do not want kids so I’ve no doubt about the hystecrectomy but I’m concern people will see me less of a woman
Your iron level is meant to be 15! The max i’ve manage to get mine to is 5

Do you think the doctors are going to tell me to remove them before the procedure?

If the first cycle of the IVF fail, will I have to pay for another cyle?

i’ve read the symptoms of fibroids and was wondering if there is a good chance i might have them. i have heavy bleeding during menstruation, it says in severe cases heavy bleeding may last as long as two weeks that seems about right to me cause my last period lasted 19 days and was heavy. it says that large fibroids can also cause pressure and pain in the abdomen or lower back that sometimes feels like menstrual cramps and my abdomen always hurts. it says also pelvic cramping or pain with periods i have that. also that sudden severe pain due to a pedunculated fibroid and i have sudden severe pain. whatcha think? =/

an uterine fibroid which needed to be removed. Friends tell me from your experiences would I be OK to have my own children.
Please help am worried.

After my first ultrasound at 5 weeks pregnancy they found a little amniotic sac in my uterus and also two fibroid ( one aprox. 4×4x4 and the other aprox. 2×2x2). How are they going to interfere with my preganancy? Am I safe?
