I found out i have a uterine fibroid the size of a ping pong ball on my uterus. Is that big or how big do they get? How big can they get before they need to be removed? My doctor said it shouldn’t be causing any problems. I also have a ovarian cyst. I don’t know which is causing my pain but I am supposed to wait six weeks to have another ultrasound to see if the cyst goes away but I don’t know if I can take it for another six weeks.

Alright so My mom has those damn fibroids and is in alot of pain…The doctor gave us pain killers and such however this is my issues….Is there any workouts that may help her? She hates laying in bed and doesn`t like sleeping duing the day….it makes her feel lazy…so anything?

My first post-partum period finally came and I was having to change a super tampon and pad every 45 minutes, so they made me go the ER. I wasn’t anemic and they couldn’t find a cause, so they said I need to get the ultrasound to rule out ovarian cysts or uterine fibroid tumors. My OB from my pregnancy called me and said to just make the appointment with her, but her first availability isn’t until 8/25. I am still bleeding very heavily, though not as bad as two days ago. Do I need to be seen sooner or is it OK to wait that long?
I wouldn’t trust them on the urgent situation. They told me the bleeding was urgent and then bounced me around three appointments before telling me to go to the ER. Then at the ER, I was laying there two hours before they even checked anything other than my blood pressure and temp.

A couple of months ago, I had an especially painful period and I had to go to the emergency room. They did an ultrasound and they said i had fibroids on my uterus and asked if I had kids. I said "no".

4 years ago I also had a cyst on my ovary explode (very painful)

I am only 20 years old. Why is this happening, what are treatments, and i think this is effecting my fertility. I am not on birth control and me and my fiancee have unprotected sex almost everyday for 2 years and I have never gotten pregnant. My doctor is unconcerned about this.

I have 2 small uterine fibroids (my doc said the size of a pea or something) and my doctor said it’s very common, no big deal and just to monitor them every 6 months. He said keep trying like normal to conceive. But I’m paranoid about it now, has anyone successfully coneived with something like this?

Im afraid about fertility ,because i havent kids. Any information?.

I know I have 2 very small uterine fibroids, and when I lay on my back at an angle, like sitting kind of up to read a book or have my laptop on my lap, etc.) i get mild discomfort or dull ache in my lower back, to the left in the kidley area. I dont have a kidnet infection or anything, but I headr this is a symptom of uterine fibroids? Or what else could it be

i have a fibroid tumor , at least thats what my gyn. said but im starting to feel thumps in my tummy , is that normal ? he said im uterus is enalrged and it the size of a 12 wk preg.

I AM 25 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH MULTIPLE FIBROIDS. I HAVE NO CHILDREN, SO SURGERY IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ME. ARE THERE ANY NATURAL TREATMENTS THAT CAN HELP ME? WILL THERE BE PROBLEMS IF I WANT TO HAVE CHILDREN AND CAN I GET PREGNANT WHILE I HAVE THE FIBROIDS AND IF SO WHAT PROBLEMS WILL IT POSE FOR THE BABY

i was looking on the internet and found out about fibroids and i think i may have them because the symptoms are there…
my periods have become really frequent, i bleed for a week and then stop for a week, in the last 3 months ive had about 6 or more periods…
when im not on i still get pains that feel like period cramp
also when i have sex its sometimes really uncomfortable or painfull in certain positions…
recently ive been urinating far to much and then, in the last week ive had cystitis which has become worse and nomatter how much water and cranberry juice i drink it just gets worse… ive also layed off caffene and acidic foods…
could someone please help?
ive made an appointment at the docs on monday but i want to know whats going on, its really scaring me…
please help!
