I have a fibroid tumor inside my uterus and I want to have surgery to remove the TUMOR. I want it to be as invasive as possible since I am 24 and I plan to have kids. I need it removed because it is rather large and EXTREMELY painful.

Who do I contact? How do I find out about cost? WHat should I think about? Etc?
oh btw, i do have insurance. Do i need to contact them and ask them anything?
