See a fertility specialist. If she’s not ovulating on her own, she will need hormone therapy to help her along. A fertility specialist can give her medications to stimulate ovulation.
Good luck.
She could have 1 of any number of fertility issues. Best to see a doc. I personally had very irregular periods for 2 years. ! doc diagnosed fibroid and had surgery to remove it. After that DH and I decided to get preggo and tried for 9 months, still irregular and found out was not ovulating. Turned out the entire time, even before my surgery, my issue was PCOS. Go see a good Dr. Key word being GOOD.
