Any one with babies after removal of fibroids? I really needed to make babies but my doctor has detected?

an uterine fibroid which needed to be removed. Friends tell me from your experiences would I be OK to have my own children.
Please help am worried.

My sister had a couple surgeries to remove serious fibroids and a few years later she had 2 healthy babies. She did have c-section but I don’t think it was related at all to the earlier fibrosis. (Her first was just huge and she was going way beyond her due date)
So don’t worry – that doesn’t help – and good luck!!
My mother actually had surgery to remove a uterine fibroid WHILE she was pregnant with my brother… he came out fine and she went on to have 2 more kids… good luck!
