Are there any natural treatments/supplements to help with uterine fibroids?

Especially for shrinking them or eradicating them.

I talked with a friend of mine the other day in the store who was telling me the great success she has had in eradicating uterine fibroids. About a year ago she had surgery, but within a few months they were back with a vengence. Her chiropractor/ kinesiologist recommended she take 6 ounces of Gogi Juice a day for about two months. She is down to about an ounce twice a day and has reported that her fibroids are gone. I have not had experience with Gogi, but have had success with Mangosteen juices and Noni. Gogi is just a different plant with nutritional properties. It is a highly alkaline juice.

How Vitalzym and OTHER Supplements May Help
We make a finite amount of enzymes in a lifetime and levels decrease with age. Vitalzym is a good supplement to take. I take that and the Dim(Diindolymethane). The main thing with fibroids is estrogen dominance. There are certain thing’s that we do that will make them worse.
Diet: Stay away from caffeine
Soy based products or soybean oil you will be surprised to know what products have soy in them.
A high fiber diet is good for taking the excess estrogen from your body through the colon, if not it will re-enter your bloodstream.
Stay away from conventionally processed meats, beef especially. Eat organic meat.
There is a product called UO Clear that you can take. The chinese believe that female problems are the result of the liver not being cleansed. Any type of herb that is a liver tonic will help, milk thistle, vitex taken will help.

You will probably need a test to check your hormone levels before you take the DIM. I take about 300 mg a day. Talk to your doctor first before taking Dim.
