I think that would be possible. Ill tell you what I know. If you have fibroids , they are little blood things on your uterus and it causes a heavier period. My grandmother had them and I could possibly have them. Since you are losing more blood you are also losing iron. I dont know if you have low blood pressure. But I get faint every once in awhile. Just the excessive bleeding could do it. Not sure if this was helpful. Hope you are okay
