The correct answer is always talk with your doctor just to be 100 % sure...but I am definately going to tell you that i am 5 1/2 months pregnant with a fibroid tumor on my left side also. I was told by my doctor that it is still possible to get pregnant but alot harder. You may miscarrry alot, like I did at first. I actually had 4 miscarriages before successfully carrying my new daughter. My only bit of advice for you is to just relax, get more informed by asking your doctor and looking it up online, and just be prepared for such things as miscarriage. Who knows...you may be the one in a million who doesnt have to go through having a miscarriage first. Good luck and all the best to you!

Talk to your doctor. He would best address your concerns and tell you whether it is worth the health risk to you and the baby.

My sister had a few in her womb and right down to the neck, she got pregnant the first time with no trouble and these were not detected until she had her usual checks. She had a c section with her daughter.
Getting pregnant again was slightly more difficult as the hormones in her had caused the fibroids to swell, she eventually did get pregnant on Clomid and her son too was born by c section.
She never wanted another after having one of each.
So the answer to your question is yes you can get pregnant whilst having fibroids, but I would speak to your GP first as they may be willing to help the conception along if it takes longer this time to get pregnant than the last.
Good luck.
