Fibroids and pain??

For two years I have been having a sharp pain on my right side just above my hip bone. It happens when I stand up or walk. I have seen a chiropractor which assumed it was back pain. Then my family doctor sent for ultrasound and ct scan. Both showed no problem with any organs other than possible fibroid. Doc requested another ultrasound and said that fibroids would not cause that pain. But searching the net I found many women complaining about the same type of pain. Has anyone here experienced this. this is getting so frustrating. Some days I can not function. I can not walk more than 15 minutes without pain which is like a cramp.
Thanks for your answers.

progesterone cream for fibroids?

I have been reading about fibroids been caused by oestrogen dominance and progesterone cream working for them, so I ordered a jar, I thought I would find someone on here who had tried it, but after searching under fibroids, several have recommended surgery.

I have been advised against surgery as I am a high stroke risk due to other disabilities and congenital hypothyroidism.

I have seen fibroidclear and another one I cant think of name but involves taking serracor, which I can’t find a supplier in UK. I think Fibroidclear is from US also.

I’m taking kelp as iodine is meant to help and also help thyroid and B6 is meant to help liver break down excess oestrogen as well.

Has anyone ever tried herbal ways to shrink fibroids or the progesterone cream and did it work?

I’m not talking about Fibroids in your breast, but larger lumps that catch a Doctors attention

I’ve read that there is a spiritual root-cause for most diseases, sicknesses, infirmities etc… My mum and sisters and I have fibroids. We are of African descent, and its is prevalent with us women.

If I knew the spiritual root cause, then I would seek cleansing of this abomination in my belly.
Please help.

what do you know about fibroids?

my fibroids were found during the checking of my baby. i was bleeding heavily with no pain. i lost the baby in January. but since then i have had irregular periods. by irregular i mean that my period isn’t on time like it used to be. i used to get it every month on the same date for example the 19th of every month. well the past few months its been 2day late..2days early and recently it was 5 days late. also i used to get really bad cramps when i was younger but they stopped now they’re back and 10 times worse. i got my period this morning and it pretty much paralyzed me. i couldn’t walk i couldn’t even roll over in bed with out hurting. i was even in tears. could my fibroids be causing all of this? i have one in my cervix and one in my uterus.

p.s. i know i should go to a doctor ..im just waiting on my insurance to pass. im just really worried and scared and would like some input.

Fibroids or/and pcos?

I had some sharp pelvic pains, nausea and heavy bleeding. Mind you I have had my period for 2 years, constant without many breaks in between. Well i finally broke down and went into the emergency room. They ran some tests and came to a few possible causes PCOS and fibroids. I guess what I am asking you, do any of you have either and how much will it cost, if i have either of these. Im a student going to school, and would love to know more. I would also like to know how many of you have had a child while you have had these two things. I find out in two weeks what really is going on when i meet with the gynecologist. So thanks is advance. Im only 21 years old and would love some advice and other information.

Do fibroids stop conception?

Hello

I am worried. I have just gotten back from the hospital where I had a scan because we were trying to find out what was causing mid-cycle bleeding and a dull ache in my left hand side of abdomen. After the scan the Doctor confirmed that I had three large fibroids in my womb and now I am extremely worried that I may not be able to conceive. The Doctor suggested a Diagnostic Hysteroscopy to find out what else is up because he doesn’t believe that the fibroids are causing the bleeding. But I am extremely worried about not been able to conceive and carry a baby to term. Has anyone else had this sort of issue and been able to get pregnant? Can anyone suggest any natural remedies that may help me reduce the size of the fibroids so I don’t need to have any invasive surgery?
@mom of 4
Many thanks for your answer and congratulations on your 4. Did you have fibroids?

Know what causes frequent bleeding?

I’m 29, STD free, history of abnormal paps, irregular & heavy periods, not currently on bc, never diagnosed with fibroids or cysts, have had one biopsy after precanerous cells showed up on a pap, it was normal. I haven’t had a normal period in over a year. In the past 3 months I’ve bled almost constantly.
