what is the treatment and how do i know that after surgery they wont come again

I’m very interested in knowing where I could go to get this treatment in the CA area.

I am 28 years old and I dream of having children. I was diagnosed with PCOS or PCO, PSOD or Poly Cystic Ovaries or Cystic Ovaries (depending on whatever the current lingo is… LOL) I was diagnosed at 14 and was told then that my chances of having a child when I was older were about 15-25%. I have since had 11 major cysts either rupture or require surgery. I have had surgery to remove fibroid tumors and have been on a variety of diffrent medicines to ‘treat’ this condition. No one has been able to offer me any REAL answers to is it possible for people with PCOS to have kids. I know some people manage to… but I want answers from *REAL* people. Not just what my doctor says which is that he wants me to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on risky fertility treatments with no assurances that it will even work. Do you have PCOS and did you have kids? Any complications?
I tried Metformin and had an allergic reaction to it. Even at a very low doses.

Iam 45, years of reproductive ill health, endo, fibroids, other.
I have fibroids the size of a 20+ week pregnancy & growing, have tried all sorts of treatment.

I went to the ob/gyn yesterday for my annual stuff. I told him and his pa that for the last 6-9 months, when I have an orgasm my right side hurts, that its more of an ache than actual stabbing pain. Also, sometimes with deep penetration it is borderline painful. Again, not horrific pain, but a fine line between being pleasurable and uncomfortable. It is also suspected from an MRI I had on my back last month that I have a fibroid tumor on my uterus. He said that my ovary on that side (right) could be swollen and I am going back in 4 weeks for a gynecological ultrasound, but for the next 4 weeks I am going to be scared to death. Could it be possibly be the fibroid tumor causing me this discomfort? Could it be an ovarian cyst? I am mortified that its something bad…I just lost a close cousin to cancer a month ago and I suppose that fact is causing me to worry more than normal. Have any of the YA ladies had this type of trouble before? If so, what was the diagnosis and treatment? Thanks.

Which treatment did you get? Would you recommend it? I’m trying to figure out the best treatment option for me.

Diagnosis: Early secretory endomertium with chronic endometritis.

is it cancer? or just simple fibroids. She is taking lukrine depot once a month for three months for treatment. Is this treatment for for cancer or just simple fibroids?b

My dear friend (who’s 25 years old) had a breast exam last year and was told she has a breast fibroid about an inch long. As she refuses to get radical treatment like surgery, she’s hoping to at least reduce if not eliminate the growth through alternative means such as nutrition, herbs, energy treatments (qigong, reiki, etc.), and others.

Maybe someone else out there has experience dealing with this condition?

Where I live, in Eastern Europe, there’s not the best patient awareness (i.e. doctors helping patients know more) about alternatives, and the info on the web is confusing to me and my friend.

Please, if you have information about this, let me know. We’re not looking for a prescription, simply helpful advice from others who’ve perhaps faced this themselves.
