ok, i have been diagnosed with Endometriosis and fibroid tumors. i had surgery to remove what could be removed back in October. They staged it a stage 4. i have been trying to get pregnant ever since. i have tried many things such as clomid cycles times 3 and also a shot of HCG the last time.. i was suppose to start my period on the 3rd of February. i had a little bleeding for one day on the 31st. and have been having egg white or clear sticky cervical mucus since. i have taken multiple HPT with no positives. i have a doctors appointment on friday the 13th. they are going to do an ultrasound and a blood pregnancy test. does anyone have any positive things to say. im completely frustrated and so is my hubby. im ready to just call it quits..
i ovulated between the 18-20.i was being monitored via ultrasound and plus the HCG shot make you ovulate 24 to 48 hours after taking it.. so do you think that 1 day was my period. i went to the doctor after on the 3rd and he told me my uterius was very soft. he said i was either about to start my period or i was pregnant. im so confused. i havent had any other bleeding.. WTF
sorry my period was suppose to start on the 2nd and it didnt. is it possible to have a period for only one day. i only used 1 tampon i know TMI

I recently went to the gynecologist in March. My family has a history of fibroid tumors. I had an ultrasound in March and one two weeks ago. On my last visit the doctor discovered a 9 centimeter fibroid and said that my uterus is at the size of almost a five month pregnancy. I am going to a specialist at a fertility clinic at the end of July. How bad is my situation? I’m not quite sure what to expect.

Hello everyone,
I decided to stop birth control 2 weeks ago. Stopped the sunday I was supposed to start a new packet. After a week of my decision, specifically on friday I started bleeding. The bleeding stopped on Monday morning. Since I have decided to stop the pill to get pregnant I would like to know what are my chances to get pregnant after something like this. I had intercourse on monday (it’s been a week since I stopped the pill) another thing I should mention is that I was diagnosed with small fibroids in my uterus. To be honest no one has been really detailed about these little tumors and Im quite concerned about what to expect. I would love to get pregnant soon. Is that possible by stopping the pill like that?
Thank you for your advise!

For the last 5 yrs i have suffered from very heavy periods over the last 2 yrs they have become so i need to wear tampons and pads and change every hr or so for at least 3-4 days, they have also become so painful its unbearable. pain in tummy groin area on right side and my legs and back. I have been back and forth to my gp for yrs been given tablets to ease the bleeding but they dont help much anymore. i start to bleed every 24 days but only have a week out of that where i feel normal ish! befor xxmas my gp said i was anemic and gave me iron but still anemic so he referred me for a internal scan the consultant found a 7cm fibroid and has referred me for a mri scan and suggested that i have fibroid embolisation done. I would like to now if this is a succecful treatment. I am really fed up of feeling ill all the time and would like to be pain and heavy bleeding free. I am 48 any advice or comments i would be grateful for. Thankyou
Thanks for the replies, I was told i cant have a coil fitted as the fibroid is in the wrong position for this.
Just to add my boobs especially the left is very sore it is worse ie i cant lie on it when i remove my bra it Absolutely kills i have checked for lumps but even though it is so sore to touch i cant feel anything apart that it is noticeably bigger i did have mastitis when i was feeding my youngest 16yrs ago and it feels very much like that, cuddling up to my partner really hurts to. When i stop bleeding it is not so sore but then within a few days i can feel it starting again just like the pains in my tummy. I did mention it to my gp but he seemed to dismiss it as nothing. Could this be fibroids to and are they connected.

I am looking for any advice that I can find on non addictive prescriptions for anxiety.
My mom is having some major anxiety issues. In Sept.2008, she had a hysterectomy because of her fibroid tumors that she has had for 5 years.
She had to go on a hormone shot(Lupron) to decrease the size of the tumors so she could have the laproscopic surgery. Sadly she wasn’t able to have that type of surgery because the tumors were confined to her colon by endrometreosis.
The shot that she is taking again (Lupron) is causing her horrid anxiety and she took her last shot in December 2008. The bad part is, her blood pressure spiked so high because of her anxiety…and she was borderline from having a heart attack or stroke.
I would appreciate it if anyone would know of any type of prescriptions for anxiety that are non addictive. She needs something small to help her relax. The problem is her anxiety, then her blood pressure will go down.
Thank you for reading this LONG message. I would appreciate any help!!!

Well they said I need the uterus out I guess a hysterectomy to get rid of the over 6cm and over 2 cm fibroids which just grew a cm in each direction in a year. I’m close to menopause but the verdict sounds so ominous. any advise? they hurt me when I try to lie down to sleep and i feel pressure on my stomach in snug clothes. Its time but Im scared.
I’ve had ultrasounsd every 6-12 mo for 10 yrs and they were stable or slow small growth until now. they are leaving the ovaries. I’m close to 50 and done with kids. I’m a surgery and drug and anesthesia phobic.

I recently learned that i have a uterine fibroid on one side and a small cyst on the other side. My dr asked me about taking BC, I told her that my hubby and i plan to start ttc soon. She told me that we should have no problem and to go ahead and start taking the prenatal vitamins and ttc. Id like to know from people who have uterine fibroid, how long it took to conceive and also how soon did you guys start taking the prenatal vitamins. (Im in my early 30’s if that makes a difference?) I have been reading/researching on the internet and would like to hear from actual people who have the same issue as me. THANKS

I HAD Ovarian Cysts and when I got an ultrasound they were gone and I have Uterine Fibroid Tumors. What causes these and can they effect me having a child? I am not getting pregnant after 5 years and am ready to give up.

I 28 yrs old from California and while I was staying with my parents I went to a Gyno was told that I have 3 fibroid tumors 2 size of a lime and 1 lemon. I was taking some natural pills called, Fibrovan but that didn’t help me. So now I’m in Australia and I went to an OB here and the doctor told me my fibroid grew enourmously. I was so dissapointed but I still have hope that they can shrink. So I changed all my eating habits (no meat or dairy only a bit of soy for my brew with molasses) when I arrived. I’ve read about natural stuff right now I’m doing this juice detox just drinking fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking Plenty water. I don’t eat lollies or anything greasy I’m really trying to shrink these bad boys if u know what I mean
I drink my cup of black strap molasses in the morning and the rest it’s just a fruit and veggie juice the whole day. I feel fine I don’t have bad side affects like some other women thank goodness for me (I just go to the bathroom more) but one thing Im worried is that I have recently noticed since my fibroid is located on top of my uterus I can start noticing that it’s popping up, growing more or moving up more. You can actually start seeing my fribroid. My eating habits changed recently. What other things do u recommend i should eat? Am I on the right track of shrinking my fibroids? I’m about to excersise which I do for about an hour. I didn’t get my menstrual period last month which is not the first time just the second but other months it’s been normal. I’m not insured and I don’t believe surgery is the only way. Ladies, please I need your advise from your own experience or from someone that knows that has succesfully shrink their fibroids. I appreciate positive advise and support!
Hope to hear from you!
Thank you
