effect on sexual relationship after removal of uterus ?

my wife’s age is 40 and she is having a fibroid uterus need to be operated.

If she is in pain now, sex will be more enjoyable after her hysterectomy. She won’t be able to have uterine contractions, obviously, so she’ll need clitoral stimulation to climax. If they are also removing both ovaries, she may also need a lubricant. Sex can and should be just as pleasurable, however.
In fact, she will most likely enjoy sex even more. That fibroid has probably made sex painful or uncomfortable. You won’t "feel" a difference.
Wow. You’re wife is sick and in need of surgary, and all you can worry about is if you will be able to still have sex?
You’re just plain sick.
