fibroids and pregnancy?

Has anyone been able to concieve with fibroids? I was recently diagnosed with fibroids. I am engaged to be married and we really want kids. My doctor advised surgery

I have a fibroid tumor in my uterus. I got pregnant and 8 weeks later had alot of bleeding. Enough to soak pads. I went to the hospital and was told I would probably miscarry because of it. At 10 weeks I went to my midwife and the fibroid was invisible on the ultra sound. A fibroid in the uterus grows with the extra blood in there. They say it will get bigger with pregnancy, but mine disappeared. I was taking a lot of Angstrom minerals and vitamins from the 8 week time until the 10 week time and it was completely gone. I delivered a healthy full term girl.
you may or may not have a problem concieving and maintaining pregnancy with a fibroid,
to be on the safe side you should just have it removed if that’s what your doctor has advised, just so you know for sure it won’t complicate things,
i had one removed and it was a minor procedure and i was only in hospital for the day.
