It is impossible to reduce the size only by controling the diet
you can’t , though the exact stimuli of the growth of myomas (uterine fibroids) is unclear…however it is dependent by relative levels of estrogen &progesterone….The eventual fate of fibroids is determined by their relatively poor blood supply….I guess it will just be monitored by your gynecologist’s sonograms.
