I am 35yrs old & just had surgery to remove uterine fibroids. My right ovary was removed due to a dermoid cyst?

This operation resulted with the doctor having to remove my right ovary. I am not married & have no children. I would really like to have a child sometime soon. My question is what are my chances of becoming pregnant with one ovary especially at my age? Also would my menstral cycle change? How often would I ovulate?

I would have to tell you, that its probably not good. You have half the chance with just one ovary. And you have also had surgery on your uterus. And you are 35. I would talk to your doctor about it. I’m not sure how often you ovulate or have a cycle. Write down all of your questions and take them to an OB GYN. They are the experts.
Im sure its not impossible, you could maybe consider IVF??
