i am in my 2nd week of pregnancy.two fibroids are there in placenta.what does ii means .?

today i went for my ultra sound in which two fibroids,2.4cm and 1.8cm in size are seen anteriorly in the myometrium is seen. does it effect the growth of the foetus/
