i had myometomy (removal of fibroid masses from the uterus) six months earlier before conceiving.?

in my 26th week i had a routine ultrasound scan and it was discovered that my placenta is too low in my uterus.
please can you give a clue of what this means and the risk behind it especially when having sex in this condition.

They’ll watch it until you give birth. If you start bleeding they will have to do a emergency C section. If not a planned one close to your due date.
please talk to your doctor and ask him/her this.
