The fatty lumps are called lipomas. They are usually removed only if they cause discomfort.
Fatty buildups can cause them.
Tumors ( not cancerous ) – Ie its a growth, but wont spread.

My doctor once found a mildly concerning lump in my breast and I was told to come back for a check up several months later. The lump had gone away and the doctor said it was probably caused by an intake of too much caffeine.
