Uterine Health – question about fibroids?

I had an ultrasound during early pregnancy, and not only is the pregnancy not viable (no heartbeat), it seems they found a lot of fibroids. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon with the doctor to go over the results.
My sister died of uterine cancer, so now I am sitting here with TERRIBLE scenarios running through my head. I have read on the internet that fibroids are usually benign.
I am so worried, I have a one year old son!
Has ANYONE ever had fibroids?

i had fibroids also after i gave birth to my son. i went awhile with them but noticed my stomach never went back down and that i was bloated. they tested and it was fibroids. my doctor said that most all the time they are non cancerous. i know its scary but hang in there, im sure you will be fine.
my sister has fibroids,very very very rarely r they cancer,she has irreguler bleeding etc..dont worry about something,unless their is something to worry about,im sure u will be fine..sorry about your sister x
Fibroids are very common, and you’re right – most of the time they are benign. The cancerous form is fast growing, so they will probably just want to follow yours with ultrasound to make sure they are not growing.
